Project milestones and company updates from ASKAY.
ASKAY and Sheikh Mana Al Maktoum have launched a joint venture to develop an LPG and fuel storage terminal in Fujairah, UAE, with 120,000 m³ of LPG storage in Phase 1 and 400,000 m³ of fuel storage in Phase 2. ASKAY is responsible for engineering, procurement, construction and operation.
ASKAY has started construction of Elif Apartment, an urban transformation project with 80 residential units and 21,000 m² of construction area, for Ankavizyon Yapı AS.
Construction has begun on Begonya Apartment (26 residential and 5 commercial units) and Aslan Bey Suadiye Apartment (32 residential and 3 commercial units), both for Ankavizyon Yapı AS.
ASKAY has begun engineering, procurement, construction and operation of the Erongo LPG & Fuel Terminal in Walvis Bay, with 10,500 m³ of LPG and 90,000 m³ of fuel storage and a 14 km jetty-to-terminal pipeline.
ASKAY is designing and building 1,221 social housing units with 56,000 m² of built area in Kinshasa, DR Congo, using modern methods of construction.
