LPG filling plants
Complete LPG cylinder filling plants, from bulk storage and transfer to filling, testing and dispatch.
We deliver filling plants for 2–50 kg domestic and commercial cylinders, from containerised skid plants for emerging markets to fully automatic carousels filling up to 2,100 cylinders per hour.
Every cylinder is tare-checked, filled by weight, check-weighed and leak-tested before it leaves the plant, with records kept for the regulator and third-party inspection.
Our scope
Plant configurations
- Containerised or skid plant with ISO tank, relocatable as demand grows
- In-line filling with scales in series for low to medium throughput
- Automatic carousel with 12 to 36 filling stations
Bulk storage and transfer
- Above-ground storage bullets (base case 3 × 50 t)
- Side-channel pumps and LPG compressor for tanker unloading
- Remote shut-off valves, excess-flow valves and breakaway couplings
Filling and quality control
- Telescopic conveyors, input and output units
- Electronic filling scales with automatic cut-off
- Check weighing, correction scales and leak detection
- Shrink-sleeve sealing, coding and palletising
Safety systems
- ATEX hazardous-area zoning and certified equipment
- Gas detection, emergency shut-down and earthing
- Deluge, hydrant and sprinkler fire protection
- Maintenance and evacuation area outside hazardous zones
