LPG cylinder production
Turnkey production lines for safe, standards-compliant and fully traceable LPG cylinders.
We supply complete cylinder manufacturing lines for 2–19 kg domestic and 45–50 kg commercial cylinders, for new factories or the modernisation of existing ones. Semi-automatic, automatic and high-capacity configurations are available.
Every cylinder is traceable through material certificates, welding procedures, test records and serial numbers. ASKAY also manufactures pressure vessels in its own TÜV SÜD-certified fabrication facility.

Forming
- Coil decoiling, straightening and blanking
- Hydraulic deep drawing of upper and lower half-shells
- Trimming, punching and neck-hole preparation
Welding and assembly
- Circumferential body welding with seam tracking
- Valve boss, foot ring and guard welding

Testing
